I strongly value the relationships with my clients.  In order for me to provide you with the best possible service, please kindly read the studio policies below..  Do not hesitate to reach out of you have any questions.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Z BROW BAR

PISC is located in the lovely Z Brow Bar.  Although we share space, Prescott Integrated Skin Care is business independent and separate from Z  Brow Bar.  Menu offerings, prices, and products used will differ.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Services are available by appointments. Walk-ins care happily accommodated when slots are available.

When booking an appointment, please carefully review the cancellation policy below, as this will be adhered to.

 

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

New clients- Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the New Client Intake forms.

This will ensure that paperwork time does not eat into your first treatment time.

 

Returning clients- Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.

 

As much as reasonably possible, please take care of your personal needs (phone calls, restroom breaks) prior to your appointment time. This will allow us to use your entire scheduled time for your treatment.

 

If you arrive late or unprepared to begin your service, this may shorten some elements of your treatment. I will do my best to accommodate you depending on the type of service you are receiving, but if you are over 5-10 minutes late to your appointment, you may need to reschedule.

If you are coming in for a lash tint or lash lift, please arrive with your lashes clean to avoid an addional fee.

 

 

CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOWS

Sometimes, life happens! However, PISC is an appointment based business, and your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you only. Scheduled appointments establish an agreement for purchasing time, which if missed by the client is time that cannot be sold again. This results in the service provider experiencing a loss of income that cannot be made up.

 

If you need to cancel, a 24 hour cancellation is requested so that I may free this time to be available for someone else. If you are sick, please kindly reschedule your appointment!

 

Cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of your scheduled service price.

(If I can fill this time slot I will wave this.)
No shows will be charged the 100% of the scheduled service price.

You may be considered a “No Show” if you are 15+ minutes late.

Future appointments may not be scheduled until the No Show or Cancellation fee is paid.

 

If you booked your appointment using a gift certificate, the charge will be subtracted from the value of the gift card. Any remaining fee balance will need to be paid before future appointments are booked.

 

 

ILLNESS

Please kindly call to reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have a cold, fever, contagious rash, etc. If you arrive with one of these conditions, I may need to refused service.

 

 

UNDERAGE CLIENTS

Appointments may only be booked by an adult 18 years and older.

Appointments for minor guests ages 14-18 must be attended by their legal guardian or provide written and verbal (over the phone) approval using the online forms. However, guardian must be present at the time of signing and, at minimum, the initial treatment.

 

Treatments for children under the age of 14 will be considered on a case by case basis. Parents must be present for all treatments.

 

CHILDREN (NON-CLIENTS)

To maintain safety and best treatment outcomes, children under the age of 10 are needs to be minimalized in the studio room. The studio is full of hot wax, chemicals, and sharp tools, all of which present a significant risk. Due to the nature of the services, neither you nor I will not be able to properly supervise them during your service.

No young children are to be left unsupervised (by an adult) in the spa lobby while parents are receiving services.

 

 

PAYMENTS

PISC accepts cash, debit cards, gift cards, Visa, Mastercard.

Checks are accepted from local guests only.

 

 

RETAIL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Returns are happily issued within 10 days of purchase for products that remain sealed, unopened, and unused. Opened products are considered contaminated and are not eligible for return or exchange.

SERVICE REFUND POLICY

Absolutely no returns will be issued for services already rendered. If you are experiencing adverse reactions to a treatment you received, please contact me so that I may determine the best steps to resolve it.

 

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are good for 12 months after date of purchase. After this time it will be void.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

It is my goal that everyone who comes into my studio to have the best experience possible and receives the best treatment I can provide. Please take a moment to review the following requests.

 

CELL PHONES

We all have hectic lives these days and I value both your time and mine. I want to ensure the best possible service outcome, so respectfully request that all phone conversations/ texting is completed and devices are placed on “silent” prior to entering the studio room. I realized that this is not always possible, however, time spent on any devices during your scheduled treatment time will shorten your actual service time.

GRATUITY

Tips are not required, but are greatly appreciated if you are happy with your service.
